Process

The Composite ECODISC rupture disc (bursting disc) is specifically designed for use within the process industry for applications within Oil and Gas, Chemical and Pharmaceutical and Food and beverage sectors.
 
Designed to open at a pre-determined burst pressure and temperature the Composite ECODISC will instantly relieve a potentially dangerous build up of pressure. ECODISC is designed for ease of installation and due to its unique design cannot be fitted incorrectly. Badly fitted rupture discs can lead to potentially dangerous leak paths or allow the escape of potentially harmful emissions. The Patented design is unique in being a holder free design and fits directly between flanges. ECODISC can supply a range of accessories including compressed fibre gaskets for ease of installation.
